Problems running Geo Flickr as a local, non-admin user on Windows XP or Windows Vista

When running as a non-admin user on Windows XP or Windows Vista you may encounter problems when Geo Flickr tries to launch Google Earth.

Currently the workaround for this is to follow the RegServer instructions found at http://earth.google.com/comapi/

As an administrator on the computer and assuming GoogleEarth.exe is located in C:\Program Files\Google\Google Earth, use the following command line to unregister Google Earth:

“C:\Program Files\Google\Google Earth\googleearth.exe” /UnregServer

And then register the Google Earth, use the following command:

“C:\Program Files\Google\Google Earth\googleearth.exe” /RegServer

Geo Flickr should now be able to launch Google Earth correctly
